Services

• Shelters/Camps: At this moment the only mountain with shelters is Huayna Potosí, Andesxtremo recommends the use of this to spend the nights in the mountain. The shelters have mattresses and pillows in a one big room which is for all users of the shelter, there is also a dining area, kitchen and snack services on the base-camp shelter.
  For the rest of the mountain expeditions the base camps are organized with 2 person-tents, dining tent, kitchen tent, and toilet tent (when toilets not established).
• Porters: Help personnel that helps taking food and other equipment from base camp to high camp.
• Cook: Depending on  the number of clients the agency will provide a number of qualified persons to prepare the meals on camps.
• Guide: Depending on the mountain and the rout to climb the agency will provide for a guide for every 2 or 3 persons. The policy of Andesxtremo is to have no more than 2 clients for guide with an exception for very easy routes and mountains.  All guides working with Andesxtremo are highly capacitated in client services, rescue, pre hospital treatments and high altitude medicine.
• Equipment: Andesxtremo gives technical equipment for all expeditions such as ropes progression equipment and tents. In addition we offer assessment and special prices to rent personal equipment such as sleeping bags, harnesses, boots, crampons, ice axes, helmets, lamps and mountain clothes.
• Transport: Andesxtremo provides with private transportation from the hotel to the mountain and back, in comfortable, spacious and safe cars.
• Insurance: In case the client needs an insurance Andesxtremo, with an additional cost, will provide an accident insurance for the activity required.
